Hi guys. The pharmacy should have in my ADHD med today, I hope so because I hate to run out. I feel tired and of course no focus without it. I was seeing people that weren't there earlier. It seems to have stopped for the time being. It wasn't scaring me, it was just bothering me. I also feel headachy so maybe that has something to do with it. Dunno. But I saw a gorgeous dog at the walking park today (on a leash, with her owner). Her name is Hope and I really wanted to take a picture of her but I thought the owner might find that odd. She's really a pretty dog. She likes to jump on people though. HUGS Kit

Appointments went well with pdoc and therapist. Was weighed backwards on the scale though, not too happy about that but it's not the end of the world

Omg omg omg!!!

I finally worked on the easy stuff but ran out of that so had to face my demons.
I don’t know how or why...or who was watching my *** BUT the 2 deliveries that were plaguing me all week and making me physically ill have miraculously been appropriately routed, expedited, and have both arrived 1 day before the rerun deadline.
It was like divine intervention or something.
I feel 50 pounds lighter

I'm going to get to see my therapist on Saturday at 1! I was supposed to see her Monday at 5 but she had to cancel. I was put on the cancellation list but I didn't really think that I would be called. But she had an opening, and although normally I don't do Saturday's because I prefer to go at the end of my day after work than in the middle of my day, I jumped at the chance so I could talk to her about extending out the no SH time. I will get to see her just in the nick of time. HUGS Kit

Oh god I regret most of what I write on here lol..

Couldn't wake up to go skiing because I took 100mg seroquel and an ativan. I was sick of my internal dialogue of thoughts and was too lazy to even think but I had to keep thinking.. Then I took vyvanse and eventually woke up..

Feeling so much better.
That was a serious test for me. That was probably the most anxious I’ve been in years. Yes it took 2 Ativan but I made it.
I ended going back to work for a while. I didn’t feel sick when I logged in.

Hi everyone. I have a question and need some advice. My cat is obese. She is gigantic. Every time someone sees her the ask, "is she pregnant?" or "Damnnnnnnnnnnnnn". I don't feed her that much I think... I have one of those feeders where I just need to shake it and it refills. Well I only shake it once a day in the morning, and it's about 2 cups of cat food.

How much cat food should I feed her? I try to give her wet food, and she doesn't like it for some reason. I give her friskies indoor cat food. I tried getting her the expensive stuff but she doesn't like it. She doesn't like anything wet or tender. It's weird. The reason I give her friskies is because every time I change it her stool is almost a liquid.

Any advice would be welcome.

Even a 14 pounder would only need 1 cup per day max

My cat is overweight. We switched her to better food and dramatically decreased the amount (she was previously free fed) she now gets about 2/3 cup per day. Over the last year she’s post about 3 pounds.
