That reminds me of when I took 2mg risperidone and ate 8 pieces of bread with spaghetti. It was very euphoric to do that.

Does anyone have any “young adult/teen” book/series suggestions?
We just ordered “Speak”, “To Kill A Mockingbird”, “The Fault In Our Stars”, and “The Girl In the Picture”.

Any books by John Green are good (the author of the fault in our stars) he has several out, also David Levithan has some good stuff. I just recently read his novel Dash and Lily's Book of Dares. I have tons of books on my goodreads list, next time I get on my laptop I'll make a list and post it for you

I don't know what to do about this seroquel. I take 400mg of it but I'm worried because I'm gaining weight

Weight gain is nothing if you’re stable. It’s what my doctor tells me.

Yeah, I think it's worth it but the ED part of my mind gets scared about the gaining. I guess the best thing I can do is accept that I need the meds, be mindful of what I eat and get exercise. I need to be more realistic about the fact that I am stable and that may mean some more lbs but it's okay and isn't the end of the world or make me a bad person

I’m there with you. It’s hard but rather have a few extra pounds than be paranoid and delusional and generally out of control.

I got anxious today. I’m working on getting my full drivers license but I’m nervous about it. So I’ve been driving home from work.

Today I had trouble focusing and felt anxious while driving. We made a stop and when we we’re leaving I asked my mother to drive instead because I wasn’t feeling it.

It broke my heart I almost cried I just couldn’t do it. Letting my anxiety get to me. I’m supposed to be getting better not worse.

Had no anxiety while registering for classes today.

I think it was the Haldol, and akathasia instead of just anxiety, I can never tell the two apart.

So I'm gonna stop taking the Haldol and just stick with the Geodon, hope the doc is okay with it
