Finally was able to say the Rosary, its been a very long time since I've been able to focus long enough to go through the whole thing so it was really nice

Busy day. Worked, visited, ran a couple errands, worked, momed, dinner, family...,Can’t wait for bed 15 minutes.
Just working tomorrow. Went to see my guy today and paid the ortho. So I have nothing to do. I’m not complaining...I need a break. I’m in desperate need of some down time. After that family crap made me so angry I suddenly felt very drained. Just mentally wiped. I dont get angry often so when I do it has an effect on my mental balance lol.

Yikes! I guess **** has gotten real with the fam.
My aunt or my cousin (they are aunt and niece) has unfriended the other on Facebook.
Somehow I am like 2 weeks behind the drama lol. This is why I like my isolated life. I am rarely involved...I’m usually everyone’s sounding board when I do associate. For the most part I do my family holiday/get together obligations, talk to gram...otherwise I keep to myself.

I always end up hating my new friends after seeing what they're really like. Then I move on and have new friends that I hate. Like my moms friends.

Well I have decided to just do it.
I committed to 1 full Saturday/month, every Saturday morning breakfast from 8:30 - 10:30 and hanging out til 12.
That only leaves 6 empty hours/month.

I fell asleep on the couch for a few hours last night and went to bed. And couldn’t fall asleep. So I’ve been awake since around 1230am. Realized this morning getting ready for work I forgot to take my meds last night. Oy.

I've been so damn hungry lately. Idk if it's the vraylar or seroquel, maybe both. Or maybe this happens when recovering from an ED, I'm not sure

Morning. Happy Hump Day.
I am curled up in the couch. I finished work already for the morning. Thank god. My head hurts so bad. It’s like WOW level hurting. I *think* it’s my sinuses but I’m not sure. I don’t want to take anything so I’m going to try an ice pack, steam, and a nap.
Just kinda want this week to be over. For some reason I’m just not into working or waking up early.

I've gained weight. I haven't weighed myself but I can definitely tell. This is such a hard balancing act recovering from Bulimia and trying to manage things with the antipsychotics/increased hunger at the same time.

I've got my p.i.p assessment tomorrow. God I hope I dont lose my money, if I do I'm screwed...

I just kind of feel like laying here and sleeping the whole day. Not feeling very motivated today...

I get that sometimes. Have you been getting enough sleep lately?

For a a couple days I was only getting 3 to 5 hours max. I think I got about 7 hours last night if I'm recalling the time I woke up today correctly. I tend to fall asleep around 9 then wake up between 2 to 4 A.M and then am up for the rest of the day. I have some kind of lingering cold too though so maybe that's part of it

I decided to sleep in an extra hour so I didn't get to go on my walk this morning before work. Now I'm disappointed in myself but I can go for a walk after work. I was just too dang tired this morning. HUGS Kit

tomorrow my dad is gonna pick me up and im gonna spend some time at his place, thursday through saturday.
