I hate taking my prn.... Due to the fact that it increases prolactin if I have it every day.... But it gets rid of the voices.
I had an especially difficult finish to a T session. It took 20 minutes longer to bring myself out of psychosis. I went over. I felt bad bit I wasn't in any shape to move for a good 10 minutes. Now I want sui again because I hate how the session went. And that just frustrates me more. What was worse was I drove home after that and didn't wait because I knew the med was at home and had to get there. I used a mint to suck on and cold air to stay grounded. T said he would call and check on me but that's been a while now. I don't want to say about the sui thoughts I dot want to go back to the hospital. I have to be careful what I say. I hate this!!!!! Does it get any better? T pointed out some difficult things to hear or even think about. |

I just got Abilify, and I started to lose some weight, finally.
I had a hard session on Saturday and it's just getting harder. I went into psychosis right in front of the T. He had to pull me out of it by grounding. Now the voices are quiet but my inner voice is under fire and restless. I can't think straight. I need to study. |
