Possible trigger:

Any femenine health concerns are a huge challenge for me with my trauma history. I've had extremely pain, gastric distress, emotional instability with endometriosis for years, as well as ovarian cycts, and an ovarian tortian which was excruciating. I was hopeful this would settle the non-ovarian symptoms. Now i feel trauma and panic over the whole thing. Facing a whole surgery would mean asking and trusting family to assist with my wife's care. I'm very upset. I miss my big dogs so much. Still got my little guy, and my kitty to love. 😢

Just keep in mind that YOU are important too. Almost as good care will be okay for the short term until you’re back to 100%.

They keep putting the AC on and I'm freezing in here. I didn't shower because I didn't want to face coming back in wet and freezing. I am extremely upset.

So, got back from my therapist. She read the trauma stuff. Asked me a couple questions and that was sorry it happened to me. asked me if there's anything i needed to work on in that front. I told her I don't know but i do get flashbacks and nightmares.

As for the other stuff she asked me about strength and if I really believe i had it. I said no I don't believe it and she brought up a Hercules reference and he might of not had felt like he had strength all the time. She read more about what i wrote down and laughed at the part where I said it was hard to masturbate with the spirits staring at me.

At least she had a sense of humor. I forgot i wrote the down. Overall it was good i guess. she made me write 5 things true and 3 things that aren't true about me...

- I have loving friends
- I'm kind
- I have some intelligence
- My therapist thinks i'm funny
- good listener

Not True
- worthless
- can fly
- i don't have purpose

Not quite sure what to think about this session. I'm going to continue write **** down. I'm also going to try to start drawing more. Got my cord in the mail today and listening to music at the moment.

I'm pretty sure the liquor store thinks I'm an alcoholic. Everytime I buy something from them I split the payments between cards and cash. Today it was card and coins.
