Cogentin would work much better than benadryl. Maybe that's what you need.

only reason why i used benadryl because I can get that at the store. I'll see what my doctor says in the morning. she may want me to go in.

I'm going to ask my psychiatrist to try and lower my injection until I'm not on it anymore and see if I still get psychosis or able to manage quasi-psychosis. If I have to go off my disability and work full time, I don't care.

Morning! My son is home sick again. Another trip to the pedi to hear “it’s a virus” just so I can get a note for school.
I’m feeling better today. Still a little queasy but not puking. Didn’t sleep much about 2 - 5:30. I’m going back to bed once I bring my daughter to school.
Vet w/Rok today. So hoping he doesn’t have Lyme. Aside from getting sick...I don’t have any idea how I’ll get him to take 56 pills over a month. He breaks up the food and spits the pills out. Smart little punk. I HATE just shoving it down his throat.

So my pdoc called. she put me back on Cogentin and increased my saphris at night time. Hope all goes well... :/

Fiance is taking me to get my vehicle stuff tomorrow so the car place doesn't screw me over cuz I'm a woman.

My mom gave me extra money today in my account. Kinda scared to tell fiance because he will tell me what to do with the extra money.

I haven’t done anything today. Well I brought my son to the doctor.

Hey,

I'm having a good time down at my parents. Been going out on a few walks. Had nice weather for it. Think we are going out as a family for a walk tomorrow since it's going to be a really nice day. Have lunch out too.

Also went to see Detective Pikachu with my sister and nephew. Was good fun. He found it scary at the beginning but enjoyed it after that.

Got a few days left down here.

How's everyone else getting along?

I called the job I sent the app to, to follow up with them. They just they will tell the management I called, but they are still interviewing people.

I've been trying to call my job counselor for help. He hasn't returned my calls.

It was good that you called them to follow up. You should do that for every job you want.

I need to get into a better routine. Like go to bed at the same time every night, etc. I'm trying to deal with this agitation. Trying to cope with it

Have you considered changing your diet? I've been watching a lot of videos and the carnivore diet is supposed to be very good, especially raw carnivore. I can't do that here of course. But don't eat supermarket beef, try local farms for good quality meat.

Apparently, veganism is the least healthy diet ever for humans. Depression, anxiety, rotten teeth, skin issues, digestive issues, and more are all common on a vegetarian or vegan diet. I know it sounds gross though. Raw milk and dairy is good though, too.

Hi everybody. How's everyone? Looks like I missed a lot this weekend, but I got caught up on the roll call. I have another migraine, which sucks. Got through the weekend without SH which I'm proud of. But today at work, a coworker was asking me about some accidental injuries I have on my hand and it was pretty bothersome and triggering for me. I had to go into this big long discussion about it. I wanted to be like, "mind your own business" but I didn't want anything thinking it was SH when it wasn't SH. I've been hearing from God a lot recently. At least I think it is God. Maybe it is a hallucination. I'm not 100% sure. Hard to tell sometimes. HUGS to all, Kit
