I listen to this Joe Rogan interview with Rhonda Patrick a few months back.

I took her advice and purchased some Broccoli sprout seeds at Walmart.com. The bran I got is the same bran she uses. Food to Live. They are pretty easy to grow. You can just make a screen from nylon window screen material and use an old glass jar. What I don't use fresh, I freeze and use to make smoothies. Lot of youtube videos showing you how to do it.
