I feel like I'm trapped in an anhedonic, antipsychotic sedated mind. I want more than what my mind can do on these meds. I have more motivation in my head but it's like my environment holds me back.
I can't focus for very long |

@of the valley- I'm sorry for your medical health. ☹ Have you tried Dramamine or meclazine for nausea? They are over the counter, and have very few side effects for most people. They are in the antihistamine area of medicines. If your main symptom is heartburn, and medicines aren't helping, you could try a baking soda and water mix. It acts on the same principles as some medicine, but because it is more basic, it works better for some people.
I hope you feel better soon. |

Reddit is down. Now what do I do?
Possible trigger:
I'm just going to tell my psychiatrist to lower the injection to help with depression. Because that's what I really want in the end. To be interested in things like gaming, watching shows, making more effort to talk when I talk to people, get out of bed. She'll probably want to prescribe a different SSRI but I need something that won't give me more panic attacks. I've lost interest in everything. I do nothing. I'm a vegetable basically.. I've said this over and over and blamed it on things like adhd, chronic fatigue syndrome, negative symptoms. But maybe it is depression. |

Thank you @Gr3tta.
I will pick up some Dramamine today when I go out. That will be a good backup to the zofran. It’s not actually heartburn. It’s muscle pain in the chest and idk what kind of pain in the stomach. Just a mess. |

It's back to being rainy again, it's supposed to be a rainy summer. My sister got me a new purse, I really like it!

Coloring and/or drawing is very helpful for me I'm finding, especially when I feel agitated. I put my headphones on, listen to music and get into it. It's doing something physical which requires focus

Today is awesome so far.
Picked up my sister's guitar from my dads. She doesnt want me to have it just in case her son wants to play some day. I'm just gonna re-string it and clean it up a bit. I don't have the money for a new guitar so she said she will let me keep it until her son is older. He's only 3 right now. And I got like 30 books from my dads house, from my personal bookshelf to read. All philosophy! I cant wait to dig in. And Kim sent me a bunch of supplies to paint. So today is great and I barely spent any money. Just bought some beer to relax. But ima need to fill up my car soon before the job interview later this week. __________________ "We're all born to broken people on their most honest day of living"
