Yea I mean the people told me it would be very intensive, hard, and a lot times sad. So we will see.

That is true, but also really rewarding. I have friends that are peer support specialists. They love the job, but it is hard.

That's good. I would think I know what to expect but I know I don't. What do they do at their job? What do they like and not like about it?

They like the helping. That's the best part. They say the hardest part is seeing people struggle. And sometimes coworkers.

I've thought about becoming a peer support specialist. I just don't think I'm stable enough at the moment.

Morning! Omg what a difference. Yesterday when I turned on the A/Cs it was 88 degrees in here. It’s now 70 and I’m wearing a hoodie Roll Call 151. Feels so good!
Idk what I’ll do today. I’m already bored and I just got up.

Decaf has a minute amount of caffeine, not enough to make a difference. It shouldn't make you anxious...

Tiny, tiny amount. I switched to decaf recently. I just drink caffeinated tea if I need the energy now and still have regular coffee but only once in awhile for a treat

TW self harm and hallucinations

Possible trigger:

Also, the demons have started breathing down my neck. Like I can feel the breath. They haven't done that in a while... I hate when they get that close to me. It's creepy... They are all three right next to me just on all sides.
