I took my lisinpril as usual. Not sure if they are working given my stress levels and blood pressure readings .

I've taken some of my supplements now. I kind of fell off my horse a while ago, but I seem to have found my way back up. If only we could ride unicorns instead. We'd have that horn to hold on to.

I don't do too well with my supplements either @Breaking Dawn. I do good with my medication but not so much with the supplements. I think I'm just like hello, I take too much stuff!
