Yup, but made a modification that I'm sure my therapist and doctor will be against. I haven't told either of them yet.
I feel like I don't need anti-anxiety meds, yet my doctor keeps prescribing them for me. I'm not obligated to take the anti-anxiety meds, am I? That was the modification I mentioned. Not taking the anti-anxiety meds. |

I get a shot and it does wonders. I am grateful for this convenience because I forget to take my medication when I'm psychotic.

i did and now i have to fill my med boxes again, i got a new one so i can do 2 weeks fill if i want to. I am so danged tired of taking meds, 12 in the morning, 7 in the afternoon and 11 in the evening after i eat.
Benzos are wicked to withdraw from, I had to do it 2x and both times i ended up in the hospital having what seemed like a forced withdrawal the first one was 10 weeks and the second 4 weeks. If you are doing it at home just be careful and follow you doctors instructions and don't be afraid to call them if you run into a problem. Tams
