Ok so I have an idea of how to help with negative symptoms. It's going to be really mentally painful and I can't explain it with thoughts. Just feelings.

It's a meditative thing that I will do. I will explain what I did in 3 days using feelings.

Going to the salvation army for breakfast tomorrow, they have really good meals actually especially the morning ones. I'll need to go to their pantry during the week to get some stuff to get me through to the end of the month.

My cataract surgeries were a miracle. My vision improved so dramatically I also wonder if he did some Lasik (spelling?) on my left eye. My vision is just a miracle. So tell your dad that if you want. Roll Call 155Roll Call 155Roll Call 155

@Sometimes psychotic, the opthalmologist gave me 2 pairs of really good sunglasses too. They sort of close all the open areas the sun can hit.

I think I must have bitten my tongue a couple of days ago in my sleep. But how without waking up? My tongue hurts like hell since it started. I can barely swallow anything. I'm worried it could be oral cancer too. How could I have gotten this injury without remembering?

Morning

Tornado hit Dallas last night. It went from Irving, Tx to Sachse, Tx. That's over 100 miles straight. My mom is in California. I hope her house wasnt destroyed because her house was right in the pathway. Lots of damage to buildings, businesses, and homes. Including fire stations, radio stations, and police stations. Etc.

Started hearing voices earlier probably from lack of sleep. Laid down after I took my morning meds, prayed the rosary and fell asleep, feeling better now

The most important thing is your mom is safe....it’s possible that being away saved her life.

I think I’ve been slightly hypomanic the last month or so. Getting a piercing, arranging for three tattoos (which I get next week!). I didn’t really think much of it because I just felt good and not that impulsive. I even told the doctor I didn’t think I was hypomanic. I was sleeping normally.

I felt a dip in my mood for a week felt a bit depressed now I feel up and great again! I want to do things.

This feels more hypomanic than before.

I’m terrible at tracking this **** unless it’s super obvious.

So it doesn't have a horrible withdrawal? I didn't know @junkDNA took it. Iirc she put me off trying it a long time ago. My local vape shop is selling kratom now in case of any vaping bans. I like opioids so I'd like to try it.

It does have withdrawal and dependency potential

Oh, ok. Thank you for chiming in. I only want to try it really. I don't want to go through any withdrawals.
