While watching a movie tonight ate a snack of popcorn made in the microwave in a plastic bowl that suggests placing 5 tablespoons popcorn kernels and add drizzle oil, and set for 2-3 minutes in the microwave (not be used in convection microwave, mine is not this kind). Tried it once and did a little longer than 2.5 minutes so tried again and came out perfect. Added butter popcorn seasoning salt and put peanut m and m’s in the popcorn as really like chocolate candy in the popcorn. Then poured a diet Dr Pepper in a plastic cup with a straw (& a lid on the cup). Placed a TV tray next to my chair while watching the movie and felt like I was at the movies, minus the high price for the ticket and for the popcorn and drink, minus lots of other people.

Thanks for this!

Oh yeah, I am drinking black iced tea unsweetened and Dr Pepper (not at the same time!---kind of alternating between the two whilst I sit at my desk).

I did. But as long as I don’t drink the milk I should be ok. I mean I say that because a little is ok, but I did eat 3 bowls. I saw an ad for Chobani Oat milk and I’m gonna consider that.

But since I’ve eaten I feel fine now. No shaking, but just a bit of nausea.

I hear the oat milk is the next new hit, as in people made a run on it for quarantine, but it supposed to be good.

I have been craving carbs and sweets. I could just eat marshmellow peeps and nothing else. I seem to have lost my appetite for healthy stuff...but am back on a sane track today. I made bannocks which are little oat pancakes. I seasoned them with herbs and some grated cheese. I also make oatmeal waffles. Oatmeal is a good carb with a low glycemic index but I am getting pretty tired of it because I eat oatmeal every day.

It’s time consuming but if you make a 13x9 you’ll eat for a week....worth it!
