So I found another famous artist from Austin tx (can’t seem to find others like him, but he does the type of artwork I do kinda) who uses newspapers and creates poetry on them with a blackout method.

My mom has always eaten healthy but I blame a lot of my problems on eating a lot of sugar.

What you're supposed to eat is FAT. Not sugar. And NO DAIRY (Only organic high fat milk or almond/coconut milk). No eating vegetable oil! Only olive oil..

Avocados are good because they have FAT. Vegetables and natural fatty meat! Nuts.. NO WHEAT.. No cereal.. 59000 out of 60000 foods at the grocery store have wheat in them! On a cellular level, it's like replacing the protein-fat cellular walls like building a house out of styrofoam balls!.. Then disease happen like diabetes.. Canola oil has to be heated and dissolved with solvents to get the oil out.. We didn't do that 10000 years ago.

All the tribes in Africa used to be muscular and healthy.. No diseases.. Now they have diabetes, asthma, heat disease, fat..

No apple juice.. Apple juice has more sugar than coca cola.. No orange juice (Only oranges!)..

Intermittent fast 16-8 hours.. Then we get used to it.. It helps prevent diseases and improves mental health..

I've been eating moderately healthy because of my moms healthy dinners.. But I eat a lot of sugar and wheat/cereal etc..

That's basically it.. The brain thrives on fat more efficiently than sugar.. My IQ went from 140 to 100 probably since I was a kid. It's all my fault. Now I must live with it.

Desserts once or twice a week.. Like a benzo.. Think of bad food like benzos..

And the good fat. Not bad fat. Good cholesterol not bad cholesterol.

Now I'm learning about neuroscience..

I probably have lesions (Holes) in my brain but it was still developing so connections are made around the dead neurons which saved me.

I really have a lot to do and struggling a lot as well. But I will keep going.

good morning peeps

I had a nice day with my family yesterday, did the laundry and visited. We watched some episodes of American Gods after dinner.

I started another book so I'll probably read most of the day, do some yoga, feed the critters out on my deck...

Hang in there today everybody, C

I got some of my art supplies home now. Still have a sore throat. Walked to my old apartment and got soaked in the rain and snow then on the way back got sprayed with water from a car going through a puddle. Plus it was all slushy/icy and hard to walk in. I was going to go to the store but after that I don't feel up to going out again. I came home and took a nap which felt nice.

Sorry you got sprayed by a car...I hate it when that happens especially when it’s so cold.....

Ended up going out again to go to the store because my throat was bothering me so much. Got chamomile tea, chicken noodle soup, and some spearmint gum. Staying in for the rest of the day. Gotta take a shower tonight. Tomorrow I have 3 appointments and gotta do some laundry

I feel fragile. IDK. I had to see PCP today. Good news is, I got the stitches out of my arm. Bad news is she says I have to have a pap-smear. The lady drives me crazy. Sometimes she says I need it, other times she says I don't need it. Last time I got myself all worked up because she said I needed it. Then she said I didn't because
Possible trigger:
this time she says it needs to be done this year. Figure it out woman! I have an appointment already scheduled for next week. Might keep that and try to get this done. Bleh. She kept asking me the same stuff and telling me the same stuff over and over. She seemed a little freaked out by the hallucinations. I thought she was going to send me back to the hospital. Maybe I'm paranoid. Or not. She couldn't believe the hospital let me out when I was hallucinating. I didn't tell her that I didn't tell them I was hallucinating. I tell T, and Pastor T, and the RN, and my Pdoc. And I told the ER at the second psych eval which I failed. I feel like I want to be comforted. ACK!

My tooth hurts so freaking bad. I just want it extracted but my extraction appointment isn’t until the 18th. Ugh. I have an appointment tomorrow but it’s for fillings. I might have to ask for more Tylenol and ibuprofen

I am beyond stressed out.

Fiancé is so extremely upset about this apt situation. He keeps asking me to get a number for him to call about the situation, yet keeps getting angry about it. The moment I turn around to google the number, he’s like “what’s the number? What’s the name of the place. I’ll call them myself”. Like fckn let me google it. You’re not even giving me a chance to. Fock man.

So stressed out. And I haven’t done crap for this advertisement, which should’ve been in last Wednesday. They keep emailing me And I’m bound by a contract for that, so I have absolutely gotta do at least the test video TODAY. Plus I gotta work on like 5 art pieces for the gallery before Saturday. Plus 10 other important but not urgent things I need to do for my writing career. Like get pieces out ASAP to medium and my blog.

I really wasn’t super stressed til he got upset. I talked to my mom and she said what I need to do but to not get upset about it because there’s a whole process. And fiancé is wanting to call corporate like right now, right now. I said “no, what we need to do is email or mail a letter so that there is a paper or digital trail”. I knew that already but my parents said that too. He’s gonna get us in a bind if he gets angry over the phone, where this is no trail, just his words.

This is a pretty crappy sketch but it’s the first thing I’ve drawn in like a month and I enjoyed doing it

I might have to reschedule my dentist and eye exam appointments. I feel worse than I did yesterday. I have to meet with my care manager but that’s no problem because I can do that here at the apartments. I just don’t want to go walking in the snow and rain when I have a sore throat and am sneezing.

My boss gave us a crazy deadline for this project and told the homeowner and even she said that's impossible lol. Then he repositioned after being told that was impsobiel sand added, if there's anything left over we'll finish the little left Wednesday. almost a 10 hour day at work. TOday was the busiest one so far this year.

My good friend made an audio story and it's pretty damn good. Better than my first story. I'm loving it. It's a dystopian. I'm going to ask him about getting it published. Maybe I'll help him out with that since I figured everything out on amazon and editing given how I made a mistake and learned from it.
