I'm pleasantly surprised. The numbness wore off and I'm a little sore but it's not even enough pain to need take an ibuprofen or tylenol

Got prescribed 15mg of Remeron for sleep. I'm gonna take 7.5mg tonight just in case it messes with my heart.
