Here’s my little self care box. It has a little thing of index cards with coping statements, a pusheen plush and book, a deck of playing cards, the coping skills book by Faith G. Harper , and some coins and a worry stone. There’s more I want to add but this is what I have so far

I’m so tired. Idk why. I slept good last night. But I’m exhausted. I’m still trying to get over this cold

Remeron mainly works like diphenhydramine and Seroquel by blocking histamine receptors.. So apparently it only works for about 5 weeks. I'm still willing to try it.. If it stops working, I'll use Trazodone.

15mg is supposed to be the best dose and 30mg causes it to decrease in it's sedative effects like how 50-100mg Seroquel is better than 150-250mg of Seroquel for sleep.

I didn't take it last night because I fell asleep at 6pm and woke up at 8am (14 hours of sleep - Cuz I only slept 6 hours the previous night) but I'll take it tonight.

The Vyvanse woke me up nicely (Sometimes it doesn't) this morning and combined with the good sleep, I feel amazing.

I just need to get to sleep and be able to wake up.. It's like my brain isn't able to transition from waking state or sleeping state on it's own..

This is the sunniest day I've seen in like a year! Not a cloud in the sky.. I'm going skiing and we're bringing the BBQ up with us to cook hamburgers =]

My cold lasted for a whole morning and then it was gone D:

Autism vaccine immune system.. No jk but I hope I don't have lupus and that schizophrenia is an autoimmune disorder.. Cuz then that means white blood cells are attacking my neurons..

I'm feeling less sedated today. That's a positive thing, maybe my body is getting used to the higher dose of Rexulti.

I'm scared today and fragile. I took a big step. I got rid of my SH stuff. Today is garbage day so it is currently in the garbage cans by the curb. I feel like I have lost my security blanket. I think in the long run it will be good for me, but I'm afraid. I'm afraid I'll use something less safe to hurt myself with if I get desperate. I am afraid I will just relapse anyway. I'm afraid I will just go out and buy more stuff. I'm hoping this was a good positive move. It's so scary though. It's been with me so long. I've been doing this since I was nine. I asked my Pdoc like how do you change something you've been doing so long and he was like honestly, I don't know. ACK! Very scary!

I have a feeling I'm going to be below 160lbs within the next week or so. Finally. I haven't been below the 160's since well over a year ago. I was 168 lbs a month or so ago and yesterday I weighed myself and I was 160

That's a big step, be proud of yourself Try to find other things that can fill the need to self harm, good things like treating yourself to a movie, dinner/dessert, listening to music, hobbies, etc doing things that help soothe you without hurting you.

I'm going to get back into doing courses on Khan Academy until I'm able to completely pay off my college bill and go back. I enjoy learning. And I'll work on my Italian on duolingo. And I'll be playing my ukulele, and drawing. So those things should keep me busy
