Negative: flat affect for quite some time
Positive: I finally did my laundry, and TOmorrow morning I'll go to the café an get some decaf coffee as I work on my edited short story. O, and I need to check out and purchase some stuff on amazon. I think I'll get a new cellphone or wait until the new ones come out and get the previous edition. Newt, any good android phones coming out soon? I'm thinking either Samsung or pixel. My Samsung 8 was the best phone I've ever had. The only flaw was that it had a glass back that cracked... Glass so that it could wirelessly charge, so I understand. |

I just got my Invega injection today. I talked to the pharmacist that was giving me the injection for 10 or so minutes..
I told him that I didn't want to take Remeron with olanzepine because it can increase the QTc interval. He says that it's a serotonin thing and very rare to die from that unless I have something wrong with my heart.. But I think my serotonin receptors are sensitive from taking psychedelics (Which is why SSRI's gave me derealization/depersonalization dissociative psychedelic flashbacks).. I asked him about taking zopiclone 2-3x a week when I need to get up for work or skiing/hiking in the morning and he said that it can last 12 hours. I asked for something like zopiclone but shorter acting and he said zolpidem (Ambien). So I could ask the doctor about these two Z-drugs on Monday. I just need to be able to be on the right meds for 1.5-2 years so I can be stable and work on myself and then I can start lowering and stopping medications (Like Atenolol for example - I don't check my pulse anymore since I've been on it 1.5 years ago. Give it another 1-2 years and I won't be afraid of my heart beating fast anymore). |

Phenibut for me works like how normal people feel on alcohol.. Phenibut feels like the afterglow of a good psychedelic trip but I'm tapering down and have been for 3 months. "Forums at Psych Central > Mental Health Support > Addictions Re: I'm going to quit phenibut Down to 500mg of phenibut! Only took one 0.5mg Xanax in this past week! Losing a bit of sleep though.." Tomorrow I'll take 400mg. |

Phenibut isn't on amazon, the first thing that came up was Smart Shrooms lol "with state of the art hot water processing" They are really stretching how state of the art hot water can be lol.
I'd try phenibut, but maybe it's not legal in the US? |

I finally looked at my edited story I received earlier this week, and it's with a pensive glare that I look at the job ahead of me. My main two characters are polar opposites, but I let one take over, while letting the other remain passive. I'm glad I set the book aside as he edited it, because it would have been for nothing. I have to make significant changes now...

How should I react to this situation:
My roommate asks if she can have a doggy cam. I say, of course as long as it can't get audio. Years later, and I find out she had the thing in her room, pointed at the living room, and IT DOES HAVE 2 way audio. How should I react to this? I already sent her a text stating that. She said it's pointed at her bed, but that's only because she moved it 6 months ago. FOr over a year it was pointed at the living room. |

Something disgusting has happened. The nurse brought me someone else's inhaler and I didn't know until after I used it. I want to cut my lips off. I'm so depressed and sick and what disease will I get next? I can't even read the writing on the dispenser.
I'm so SICK and F.CKING DISGUSTED BY THIS PLACE. ID RATHER JUST DIE NOW. |
