California has a large Asian population. I say it that way because so many go in and out of the state to visit family overseas. I have Asian family (by marriage).

Daycares and schools are all closed after today so people will be affected. Lots of people here have kids and can’t work from home so idk what they’re going to do.

I managed to overspend at the grocery.....bf and I are trying not to hoard....but it’s challenging...when the shelves are so empty when you see something you actually like it’s hard not to grab it.....bf overspent too. However our carts were not nearly as full as many others....

Stayed awake for 24 hours and then slept for 24 hours.

Only someone that needs 50% (12 hours) wakefulness and 50% (12 hours) sleep can do that...

I keep thinking about the grocery store....I wish I had told the woman checking me out she was a hero in the battle against Coronavirus.....the store workers are the front line of defense right now.

Apartment care manager called a little while ago (since he’s working from home right now) just checked in to make sure everything is going okay and to let me know if I need to be connected to any resources to give him a call. Also to make sure I exercise, eat healthy, get good sleep, and not watch the news constantly

I been playing animal crossing.

But I wanted to say, I feel like a lot of people are going to end up in the mental hospital. This situation in the world is what some of my delusions were like. Which scares me. They are saying there’s gonna be martial law in 2 or 3 days here in USA.

It’s starting to affect not just my depression and anxiety but my psychotic symptoms. And I feel like other people who deal with delusions and hallucinations, it will affect them hard too.

Watching hallmark Christmas movies, yes!

Yep you can still go out for food at grocery stores, medical etc. it I would not be surprised if people buy them out before the lockdown.....
