The only reason I'm staying at work today, instead of going home for a mental health day, is that we are having Jimmy Johns for lunch. And I've never had anything from there so I want to try it.

I was looking for something at the cheese area in the grocery store today and this guy who works there recommended this blueberry lemon goat cheese roll thing. He said it was really good, almost like a pastry. So I’m excited to try that.

What I was looking for was regular goat cheese crumbles, I got that thing too though cause it sounded really good. I got the crumbles so I can melt them on garlic ciabatta bread

Oh yeah, and I can use them in salads. Baby spinach, the cheese crumbles, and raspberry vinaigrette

The level of disorganization at my university is absurd. Thinking about quitting.

Only exercise for 20 minutes today, can’t do it everyday, it seems that I should just do it once every two days. Had corn cream soup for dinner. Took my meds. Now chilling down while listening to music.

I was feeling like that yesterday. Still kind of feeling catatonic.

I'm getting my injection today. I really need it. The longer I get the injection every 3 weeks, the better it will build up in my blood because when I was having it every 4 weeks, the days before I get it become worse and worse.

My sisters cancer is getting worse....the chemo isn’t working....that’s why she has a fever....they are going to change her meds up but apparently she has another liver tumor for a total of five. Prayers or thoughts appreciated.

Got my injection. The pharmacist said it's true that it will take a while for the paliperidone to build up in my system. I took a 5mg olanzepine when I got home.

I might have to keep taking olanzepine for a while.

Not suicidal anymore. I took 1 and a half zopiclone, an olanzepine and 5mg valium and went to sleep.

I was explaining my psychosis to my sister and mom but I was slurring my words. They didn't judge me.

I feel bad for blaming my mom again. I was dealing with illusions (Not delusions) like a trip with my mind and reality.

Just had ice cream at work. The catatonic feeling is better but I'm feeling more unwell. I hope I don't have to take a trip to the hospital this weekend. Ugh.

Trying some retail therapy. Ordering a sterling silver Russian Orthodox Cross pendant and a silver box chain from Amazon. Won't get it until the 11th but I can't get it if I'm in the hospital so hopefully that's enough to keep me out.
