I showered yesterday. Not today. We had a flex alert last night (we've been having them every night for over a week) and the power company turned off our A/C which they can do in a flex alert. So I got a shower to cool off.

Okay i did not log my last shower. But todays was awesome! I wasnt at all exhausted afterward, so either i am getting healthier, or all i had for breakfast was coffee and that made it easier for me, or its because i stopped my psych meds a week ago or so (after being on them for twenty years straight. I think i outgrew them age-wise. Like heart-wise.). Or im just not as dirty as i usually am!

I showered this morning and oiled up my beard. Ill brush my teeth here in a few and Ill be ready for whatever comes my way!

I showered yesterday. Probably will tomorrow or more likely Thursday morning. Usually I do Sunday/Wednesday but this week I showered on Monday so I will probably do Monday/Thursday
