I got called out for not showering. So embarrassing I couldn’t give an honest answer to the last time I showered.
I gotta have a shower tomorrow. Ugh. |

I showered. I don’t feel any different. Some people say they feel better when they shower but I don’t.
I was saying to my psych the other day I feel bothered that I’m not bothered about showering. I only showered because someone asked me the last time I showered. I must have been smelly. It’s embarrassing. She told me I should try showering more. I should try. |

Not today or yesterday. I prefer baths. When I feel yucky, have many scratches and bites, need to wash of irritants or am going to be close to someone I will get clean.
