I think I spent $1k on Amazon during covid! That's insane! Bookshelves, books, books, clothes, protein, books, a phone charger, I spent so much it's crazy.

I got approved for the reduced cost box of imperfect foods! So instead of paying 43 dollars for a weekly box I only have to pay 28.

I"m on lamictal 100mg twice a day
clozapine 125 mg morning and 550mg a night.
Atenolol 25mg
metformin 500mg twice a day

sometimes I take a laxative but I haven't needed it really.

I remember when I started going into recovery, I had a list EXACTLY like that. Many small things to look forward to. But to me they weren’t small at the time, and I’m not discrediting your victories by any means! Just saying that’s how I started when I was going into recovery, and that it’ll only go up from there! So excited for you. I see so much to look forward to soon, just like you do, and even further! I see progress in you! Keep doing what you’re doing with the right med combo and self-care activities!

Oh, Erti, i am so sorry. My heart goes out to you. Did you tell your pdoc about this? Maybe she would want to make a med adjustment or something?

I see my counselor tomorrow and my pdoc tomorrow too. not sure on the phone or if my pdoc wants me to talk to her on the tv screen when I was there last time.

Today was a great day, I had a lot of fun. Everyone tried out the VR and was amazed!

Can't think words... can't think actions. What ever comes in my head I say out loud. I'm not a terrible person. Just in emotional and psychological pain and anything in my head can make someone an enemy.
