Almost choked on my abilify tonight....it stuck somehow near or on my windpipe and I had to sort of put my head upside down to get it off. Fun times....

Thanks. It’s never happened before...And it’s only a tiny half pill but I’ve always had trouble taking pills. When I was little my mom would give me food like three m and ms to chew up, then add th pill then swallow.

No because I was not home. I wouldn’t of done it around people. Stuff like that I do at home in private. Weird I know.

I think you need to stream puppies all day bpcyclist if it makes you so happy. There used to be this website called cute overload that had all sort of puppies and such but they quit updating it long ago.

Thanks a lot, Sometimes, I will try to find that one. I love looking at animal videos. It always makes me feel a lot better, pertty much no matter what.

Prepare yourself first.. Think of all the reasons that the pill will help you with, and all the hate of why you must take the stupid pill - Put all your energy into POP the pill, then water..

Then after, think.. contemplate.. "The molecules are in my blood stream now", "This weird reality - Pill takes me.. I don't take it..."

Also my throat feels and looks closed up. I can breathe but I can’t swallow well. Idk if it’s my tonsil, acid reflux, or allergies.

And there I go...choked on a dang pill.

And it feels stuck in my throat but like at the bottom of my neck. Or maybe my neck/throat is just tight.

Yay! Anxiety!

I’m so done with today and I just woke up 40 min ago.

I feel awful

I woke up, went downstairs and the mom threw an entire load of laundry over the railing only to poof downstairs. She won’t say a word when she does stuff like that...I mean even if it were Spanish i could learn pretty quickly the words for look out below!

Anyway, I was like two sips into my coffee so it was especially shocking.

There is some type of spasm that can happen like that....but it’s all nerves so it’ll go down once you relax....

The clozapine dose can go higher, but also my doctor talked to me about maybe adding something like abilify to clozapine because of a study he saw. Worth thinking about IMO
