So, you don't buy unknown authors in the $3-5 range ever? I thought a lot of people did that and that price was a big factor in Kindle book sales. Is that wrong?

I want to buy a fitbit to track my steps, this is something I've wanted for awhile now, I asked my sister, we'll see what she says. I know she'll probably say it's up to me. I know I don't technically need to ask as long as I'm not doing manic spending sprees but I just feel like it's better if I tell her what I'm buying so she's aware

I am doing fine today, just realized I need to be on certain meds. My mood was certainly taking a spin south. I was really depressed today, but at least I figured out why.

I don’t read specific authors really I go for non-fiction topics. A lot of history about wars, and certain countries and regions and events. A lot about communism and serial killers too. I’ve also been on a physics lock lately. Also love psychology and math stuff too hahaha.

I've been reading Edmund Husserl lately. I don't know if anyone here knows of him, but he was a philosopher... The name of the book I am reading is Ideas.

Had a good day but scared of my thoughts. I'm not deserving of feeling better. Not deserving of good days and that everything will crumbling down and I'll never have a peace of mind. I miss my mom but I also scared all the time... people and things slip away and I don't want to let go of those who are gone.

Yea, everyone here has a long history of med changes. Including me. I’ve been on every AP both typical and atypical except for clozaril and maybe 1 more.

Yes, I am back on Zyprexa and Xanax now. I was feeling really anxious before work and school -- hence the Xanax, and Zyprexa helps with my mood somehow... These are the meds I was on before my pdoc decided to go down on them for whatever reason. I am really disappointed that he decided to go down on the meds during the pandemic. Right at the time when I needed some stability. These meds plus the Abilify and Effexor and Remeron. I know it is a lot of meds, but it is the combo that works for me. I mean, that's the best. If it works, it works. So I'm not really too happy with my pdoc for lowering them, but I can tell him as much.
