For me I had to learn to sleep with a light on to stop a lot of symptoms early on.....something fairly bright.

I’m not sure what the lack of sun does but it clearly does something.....

This is similar to something called sundowning in older people.

I also sleep with lights on. It helps me to sleep but does't get rid of everything and I try to find people to talk to.

I went ahead and ordered the new Animal Crossing game and the crocheting kit. Didn’t have to wait till Wednesday cause I still had enough to buy them.

Does it feel more like your heart is hurting or like you’re puking though?

I’m one of those people who can’t eat much early in the morning without nausea....I end up having a milk or latte, it’s enough to start.

Yeah, my pdoc cares about me. It's just that I wanted to come down on the meds too. So I'm maybe not giving him enough credit. Because he always listens to me. Anyway, it wasn't working to come down on the meds. It wasn't something that was like a given either. Because I thought it was going to work. Or at least we had to try it before we knew if it was going to work or not. But now I know. Hah

Sometimes you’ve gotta test things out to know what works and what doesn’t....I’m glad you’ve got it all sorted now.....
