Well, on the plus side, had enough energy to edit several chapters today, which is wonderful. I really am so grateful for that opportunity. I have been unable to work for weeks due to amotivation and what I term central fatigue and sadness. I just sit in my chair and do nothing all day.

That said, I was just feeling really quite sad a few moments ago, even though I accomplished something today. I know I did not really sleep last night, so maybe that is part of it. But still, definitely some depression here. I just wish it would go away. So hard for me. i have been dealing with this since I was 17. I am tired of it.

Also forgot to eat today, so that could be an issue. Makng a nice ziti with pesto and some good shaved parm, so that will be cheerful. i really love pesto., all kinds. Maybe I will feel better in a little while or something.

As a side note, I realized it's really, really hot in my house. Oh well. I mean I am drinking hot coffee in addition, so that doesn't help.

I have a class to teach on my birthday. Not sure how I feel about that. It's fine. Just want to relax, haha.

CPS is on my roommates ***. It was originally for their son to help get him into school and appointments about his cleft pallet and a learning disorder and possibly autism.. Well we got screwed over. The parents were suppose to do parenting classes but they had to cancel classes because of covid. My friend had a meeting in court and we're gonna have someone come and from unknown time and can take all 3 of the kids away if they see something "not right" and try to take the kids away. FUUU I hate cps.

Wait, but those classes were canceled due to the virus, right? So, why is there a problem now?

My brain feels cloudy and I got a headache. My body doesn’t feel quite right. Very sluggish feeling.
