my pdoc gave me the okay for ketamine!!! She sounded optimistic about it too. It sounds like a pain in the *** to take though. We'll see what happens.

Hope it works for you! I've heard it works wonders for some. I've never tried it personally though.

Possible trigger:

I think it’s the medicine. I started a new dose of metformin on Friday. Saturday night I threw up, this morning I threw up. Plus the diarrhea that comes with metformin. I’m hoping all that settles down soon but it’s hard to deal with.

@Blue_Bird yeah my Mom had to stop metformin because of the side effects. Hope it settles down for you soon.

I am doing fine today. Seeking a second opinion from another psychiatrist. That actually seems like a good plan to me since my current pdoc isn't really doing his job how I want him to.

I need more direction in life. I don't get how people are supposed to figure out what it is they're supposed to do on Earth. I suppose it's a hard, lifelong process, but still.

I get those same side effects if I don't eat it with food
