Haha nice! Yeah I was just playing electric guitar tonight with my small (2 watt) amp. Helps depression a lot.

I saw my doctor and he gave me the Invega injection. I might feel a bit tired for a few days not sure. He prescribed 5mg Dexedrine tablets to take in the evening.

I don't as good as I did yesterday. I think I needed more sleep.

Not sure what to do.

I am doing better. Had kind of an eventful day. Had to go get Xanax XR again because my anxiety was unbearable today. Like really, really bad.

And lowering the Effexor XR wasn't such a good idea, because I felt extremely depressed yesterday and today. So I went back up on it.

Dying for a vape. It's 11 hours away. The menthol is very nice although I can't taste anything but the menthol. I do still have my used up sticks but morning gets crowded in the room and I'd be trying to conceal it. Right now they're all in my locked drawer.

It was colder than cold could be today. It snowed hard for hours but there was no accumulation. I wore more layers in the afternoon but it was still crazily cold.

I want to go back to living independently. But I guess I never will.

I think I caught a flu since I got the flu shot. I feel really crappy mentally and physically. I have a very restless feeling both ways.

I don't know if I can sleep again. It was fine on Tuesday after I was up all night, I didn't even want a nap because of the restlessness. It's a similar night. My chart has some really screwy crappy stuff happening in it now. Long-term stuff.

I want to touch my friend. We haven't visited since late January. Really need some hugs etc. The November schedule lists visitors one on one and outside. I don't know what one on one is. The outdoor visits say you can't sit close enough to touch, and bunches of things like that.

So sorry! I know how rough it is. Not for you specifically but in general. I absolutely hated going to class in person with how my meds made me feel.

I told my therapist a similar thing lately. I just have this one class left. I can miss two of them, though, without penalty.
