I'm starting an embroidery project thanks to a friend here at PC
So I'll be working on that over the next couple weeks. Hopefully it turns out well, I have a lot to learn, I'll be sure to post a pic here when it's done

I painted using the back of the paper today out of curiosity because it has rougher surface. It didn’t work well because apparently the back part has some kind of coating. My colors didn’t really blend well because of that. But lesson learned and the process was still fun.

I’m making my own 12 half pan palette. As in, I bought the half pans separately and then put them in a metal tin specially made for half pan watercolor. This way I only get the colors that I want and can just refill the colors that I need at the time. Made this painting using combination of Winsor and Newton and Van Gogh. Both are only the student grade version but they’re really good.
