My dad got up with me at 5:45 AM this morning and we had breakfast together. Scrambled eggs and toast! It was nice. I also had some Sprite because my stomach has been kind of nauseated these past couple of days. Too much stress I think.

I had a migraine today when I woke up so after a little while, I asked my Dad if he would make me breakfast since my head was hurting a lot and I had to get ready for work. So he made me eggs, potatoes, and sausage scrambled together. Yum! The protein was good for the migraine (preventing nausea) and it was really yummy. I shared a little with my Mom's dog, Emma.

A coworker brought me some kind of iced coffee drink from Dutch Bros. I'm not sure what it is but it looks delicious! I haven't tried it yet because I am kind of nauseated. But it looks tasty!

Had a roast beef sandwich for breakfast. I have been nauseated a lot in the morning so it is hard to get breakfast down but I managed that. I am drinking some black unsweetened Iced Tea at the moment. I feel like I need a Sprite or something to settle my stomach. May go to the liquor store after my meeting at work and pick one up.
