Xanax and Christmas Music seem to be helping me with my feelings of being overwhelmed and oversensitive to stimuli. I texted a couple of friends also and one replied to me and that made me feel good. Trying to remember what my boss says, "This too shall pass." Hopefully tomorrow is a good day.

She was really nice, she said she was nervous because she hadn't had a friend in a long time. She has a care manager through the same agency I do, so she's also got mental health issues like me. Will be nice to have a new friend here. A majority of my friends live far away.

I think when I make it to a year of recovery from my ED, I'm gonna celebrate by buying myself a custom ring from Josten's, they have these gratitude bands you can design

I’m doing better today.
And yesterday I did pretty good. Literally cleaned the kitchen and living room from top to bottom and put in Evergreen tree scent in the cat box (litter box) closet. Smells like Christmas now. More like Christmas less like poop. Hahaha. Fiancé was impressed and happy. But then I took 5 spoonfuls of Nutella on an empty stomach and had a Nutella overdose. My heart started racing. Sugar high or whatever idk. But I had to take a anti anxiety prn and then slept off and on til 6am this morning. Never felt better now! Great sleep! I'm not sure if I am actually in crisis or if it is all in my head! I am not feeling well again emotionally. I am thinking of texting T to see if she has any appointments for tomorrow but I don't know. I might wake up tomorrow and feel fine. I wanted to call into work today and take a mental health day but I didn't because the other two people who answer the phones are off due to furloughs and that would make it hard on the people who are here. Plus my parents would have been all over my case for taking a day off when I wasn't really sick.

Things are bad in this area so it's probably best if I avoid public transportation as much as possible. It's just too much of an enclosed space and too many people in and out all day. And the grocery store gives me anxiety, then people always getting right up on me in the line when I'm trying to check out. I'll be laying low till the vaccine comes out and until there's any progress with the numbers going down
