The Silent Patient is my first Audio book. I like it! It was expensive though at $28. Oh well. It did make the day go by faster and I did get a lot of scanning done.

No actually I haven't. I've been in kind of a rut with planning to do things then not actually following through. But I will be implementing it back into my routine soon. It is helpful. I've just, I've gotten better at, idk the best way to describe it, maybe compartmentalizing things? Like my anxiety? I acknowledge it, work through it, then I put it away somewhere in my mind where I don't consciously think about it. Idk if that makes any sense. I kind of categorize thoughts as anxiety/worry and then work through them, put them away then that's that, I move on and try not to look back or dwell on things
Some other things are helpful too. Like that frozen washcloth thing I've been doing. I used that last night when I was starting to get anxious after I took the new medication __________________ R.I.P mom 8/6/55-1/15/16 “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

I've been listening to a podcaster that was featured on the JRE and his guest was "Ethan Sisser" (He has a stage 4 brain tumour - Very spiritual guy) and they were talking about spirituality and death, other realms and 2020 etc..
I drank some phenibut and then my sister walked into my room and gave me a clear quartz crystal for healing lol |

Sad and bored. Guess I’m alone for the night.

Doing fine today. Just bored. I like SP's suggestion to volunteer somewhere. I just don't know where I would. I've tried volunteer teaching before and I was bad at it.

Had a good convo with Woebot about the pandemic. Here’s just a tiny part of it

I think the sui- thoughts were from the Vyvanse crash cuz I took 30mg in the evening with phenibut cuz of my anxiety and paranoia - It worked.. But there was a crash.
I'm feeling great today though. Gonna get some reading done =] |

So someone on Fiverr requested I write them a song. Almost canceled the order but it said it would have implications to doing that. So it forced me to write. Was very hard to but I did it.
