I should’ve been doing that when it was here but in my recent defense it’s literally been raining every day since the winter storm has been gone. So like for 2 weeks now or so.

My doctor will probably just up my Abilify again tomorrow which disappoints me. I wish we could just try another medication already. But I get it, he feels over his head and wants the psychiatrist to make the decision what to give me and how much. I just hate waiting for things.

When you’re sick waiting feels like 10x longer......

Ugh I got like two and a half hours until my exam and I'm here refreshing constantly and looking at my phone instead of rereading my study notes.

I, for my part, am still trying to find the right balance of meds. I am seeing another pdoc tomorrow since my relationship with my other pdoc (the one I've stayed with for a while) has soured.

I don't know what the new one will recommend but I'm pretty nervous about the appointment tomorrow. I hope they don't screw up my meds. Or want to screw up my meds.

I still get really, really tired in the mornings though my depression has improved significantly.

Oh and part of me just wonders if I should stay with the old pdoc but part of me doesn't. I hate being so confused about things!

Like, I wonder if just taking more olanzapine would help my decision making. I don't know.

I forget if I asked but have you been evaluated for ADHD? The olanzapine increase would probably not help unless you’re actively psychotic and that’s what causing the issue.

My sister asked me what I'm doing today and I told her that I'm going to organize. But I actually have no idea what the hell I'm doing.

She never asked me what I'm doing today.. And this is the first day of the project lol..

Maybe when the stimulants kick in, I'll be more clear minded.

I basically need to set goals and prioritize.

No I haven’t been evaluated for ADHD. That would likely be the culprit though. I’ve had these terrible problems with impulsivity and inability to make decisions. My pdoc always thought it was psychosis related. I personally don’t think it is related to psychosis because I haven’t had any other symptoms of psychosis.

And yeah, my pdoc has never been smart enough to realize that it isn’t psychosis related. I haven’t had symptoms of psychosis for a long time. I am this switching pdocs. Hopefully the new one will know what she’s doing.

Yeah I recommend a pdoc in a university medical school, mine have done right by me but they’re often very busy so sometimes have run late or only given fifteen minutes but they can do a lot in fifteen. When got evaluated we were all shocked it was adhd because I never had it as a child. I honestly think it’s the Abilify that caused it in me but no one is sure on that front.

I think the exam went well. My manic energy helped me bull-**** some things hahaha. Maybe not perfect but I think I got a good mark.

Headache today. PMS I think.

I kind of want a glass of wine but after the other night I’m not so sure. Idk though. There were other factors playing into that as well though such as too much caffeine and withdrawing from thorazine, drinking 2 glasses instead of 1 and on an empty stomach.

I want to start tapering off thorazine again because I sleep too much. I'm gonna start getting off it again beginning tonight. I should have just stuck with it
