Yeah I had a dream two nights ago that my left eye swelled up and fell out so I was holding it and no one would bring me to the ER

I had a dream last night where I was in a train and the train flew into the sky then fell onto the earth and I died. Woke up feeling tired.

I left a message with my pdoc to see if we can change my meds. Because the tactile, auditory hallucinations keep happening and then I keep thinking I’m dying.

I think I may need to come off the topamax. Looking back I started it in January and ever since then the panic attacks and hallucinations have been 10 times worse. It was a few weeks after I started it that I ended up in the ER because I thought I could feel chemicals going through my body/veins burning throughout and killing me.

I'm having a very bad time. I don't know what the hell is wrong with me. I'm confused. I feel stupid. I feel judged by everyone. I don't like myself. I can't figure anything out let alone being able to explain anything. My surroundings feel like a puzzle that doesn't fit. I don't understand wtf my existence is about. I feel tired and can't move. I'm exhausted. I keep thinking about my past and it makes me so upset. I can't even express myself. I'm afraid of everyone and everything.
