Just feel like no one appreciates me on there. I also have this notion that everything I say can potentially escalate into an argument, and I don't like arguments. I will probably make my Facebook page again but probably not Twitter. Twitter is just too intense for me.

Also I feel like people gang up on me on those sites just to make me feel like I'm wrong or something.

I see. I don't have a twitter so I don't know about that. I do have a FB but mostly post pictures of my cats or scripture verses on there. Haven't really gotten into any FB arguments myself. But I stay away from politics and anything that seems controversial. I need FB to watch my Religious Study class on Sunday mornings and my Church services Sunday mornings. Soon we might be going to outside Church but right now it is still online via Facebook live and Facebook.

Feeling a little apathetic, unmotivated and paranoid - The olanzepine will kick in and might make me feel better. I'm not dependent on phenibut anymore - But I took 600mg to improve my mood.

I was thinking of going to the cannabis store but I'll try and quit for a while and see if that improves my motivation.

I miss music festival and food festival. Cotton candy, caramel apple, green bean ice cream, etc

After I got off the phone with my doctor I had a thought ‘you could cure yourself faster if you took all your meds’. Like I don’t feel suicidal. But those stupid thoughts.

There’s this nice restaurant out of town that has big fish ponds all around the dining area. Maybe I should go there just to cure the boredom. The food is really nice too. And there’s this bakery nearby the restaurant that sells delicious cassava cakes.

Luckily the home is allowing us to leave our rooms. I don't know when they'll let us go smoke/vape. It's so hot in my room. The elderly roommate turns the heat way up because she says she's cold. I sit on my bed and sweat. She can wear warmer pajamas and add another blanket. I can't take the heat.

I felt totally fine yesterday and the last couple days. I talked to my doctor yesterday and told him how good I was feeling.

I feel like my thoughts are being stolen again. I go to google things and my thoughts disappear. They’re being blocked and stolen.
