I feel very good after the 16 hour sleep.

Not sure what to do. I just want to listen to music. I want to do something fun..

I had the window open all night cuz of the nice warm Spring rain.

Had my first appointment with my new doc at the community mental health clinic, very long waiting time, it took about 3 hours until I saw the doc. Then I came home and found I was locked out and I had to call maintenance to let me in my own apartment.

At least all that is over with

I set out to have a good day today and I almost made it. (Dealing with some anxiety now.) I've been productive--doing laundry, practicing my drawing, journaling, DB. Right now we are having a big thunderstorm and I love this kind of weather--as long as I'm indoors. I feel cozy. So, it's mostly been a good day.

It's dinnertime now and I'm really not hungry. Been doing keto which gets rid of your appetite. I've planned a dinner but I may not have it. Everyone doing keto says don't eat if your not hungry.

I hope everyone here had a good day today and if they didn't then hope you feel better later on.

Ceara

Yeah still Trileptal for the mood stabilizer. 1200mg.

I'm on two ADs, zoloft and wellbutrin

and at the moment 3 APs, abilify, perphenazine (trilafon) and thorazine, but the thorazine is just for sleep at the moment

Yeah I know, I'm a freak

I think I just need to get my sleep straightened out. I took a nap today/this evening which helped a bit, since I only slept till 3:30am.

Maybe I can get off the Wellbutrin and perphenazine

Are you sleeping okay? Wellbutrin can make sleep very difficult. I would wake up at 1am and not be able to fall asleep, and it caused anxiety for me as well.

Zoloft is an ssri. Which can be bad for people who have bipolar symptoms. It can make people have terrible cycles. But it's generally safe if the patient is also on a moodstabilizer like the one your on...

When do you see your pdoc? Maybe up the moodstabilize to offset the AD from causing you the cycle of agitation?

Meds, can't live with them, cant live without them ((hugs))

Don’t do anything without talking to your doctor and having their supervision.

My sleep has been bad the last several weeks. Being up for 36 hours at a time then only sleeping 2 to 3 hours then waking up wide awake.

I see my doctor on June 15th. I'll talk to her about it then I guess. But I know she's just gonna bring up clozaril again and I'm not doing that

But I slept 5 hours last night and also took a small nap today so it seems like the sleep thing is getting a little better I think

Whatever you do, do not suddenly stop taking Wellbutrin if you want to get off it. I titrated way too fast and it gave me panic attacks for 7 years. It's a slow process.

I mentioned how a woman probably isn't interested in me, and now facebook has launched a campaign of how to meet the right one, how to trick a woman into liking you, the perfect wing woman. This is what it's come to lol

I hope you get more sleep. Lack of sleep is a massive problem. I think it's the worst thing for me - Makes me very paranoid and my mind becomes broken.. All of the thoughts, emotions - Shatters into small pieces..

Sleep is also a major issue for me. Some nights I don’t sleep, then sleep all day. Or sleep all night AND day. Or not sleep for a couple of days. It’s my biggest concern and always has been.

Hope u get some sleep bb!
