I’m trying to lose weight so hard, it’s such a pain in the ***. I wish I could just fast forward. If I can even lose weight, w/ the APs I’m on. I’m 7 lbs over weight.

So my mom has an intestinal blockage....they could try to feed her lower in the GI tract but we aren’t sure what quality of life she has or would have. Basically this is it for her. They’re expecting her to pass soon.

I also keep repeatedly drinking coffee late in the day and it doesn't seem to affect my sleep so I'm going to keep doing it.

I was able to calm down last night after practicing DBT skills. (Watching an old musical really helped distract me.) Now I'm having my post-anxiety good mood which usually happens after a spell of anxiety. I tend to feel pretty upbeat afterwards.
Today I'm going to practice some drawing, maybe do some cross stitch, read. I'll keep busy although the meds have me pretty lethargic.
