This weekend I'm going to my friend's house. The weekend after that my sister is going to take me to the park so we can walk around and look at the lake/nature

Benzo withdrawal is awful, but I am keeping positive by redefining what I define success as. I mean a lowering of the dose of Klonopin by 0.25 mg is still positive. I aim to stay at a lower dosage by that amount for a month.

Apparently now since I'm taking Buspar and Klonopin (though the aim is to get off of the Klonopin), I feel tired in the mornings. I think I need some extra coffee today.

I had my T appointment today and we talked about anxiety as this is what I'm battling these days. I had a relatively good day yesterday, though, and went for a walk with my dad. The anxiety was minimal all day. This morning, though, I threw up twice from anxiety. I don't think I'll need to rest all day though like I did on Tuesday. Some of this anxiety is self-induced, like getting anxious over the possibility that I'll get anxious, making a decision over what dog groomer to use for my new dog, worrying about getting my prescriptions refill in time. I need to stay in the moment and be mindful when this happens.
I hope everyone has a peaceful day. __________________ Men wanted for hazardous journey. Small wages, bitter cold, long hours of complete darkness. Safe return doubtful. Honour and recognition in event of success. -Ernest Shackleton |

Hey people. I am having trouble today with depression again. I don't know why. Maybe it's the Buspar?

.. You are prone to depression so it could be happening anyways. You are very aware yet depressed, identifying things that could be causing it. I wasn't that aware when depressed. I was void of spirituality or philosophy. I decayed in misery at too young of an age. With my knowledge of psychoactive chems, I don't think buspirone can worsen mood - But everyones different.. So it could be. If you get suicidal thoughts, I'd ask the prescriber to get you off of it. Improving anxiety could cause depression.. Like how benzos are sedatives/depressants. Each drug is different. Anxiety could not so easily be turned into excitement etc which can be automatic for healthy people.. |

I really need to start eating healthier. My belly is huge lol I think my main problem is that I'm too lazy when it comes to cooking.

I'm kind of dissatisfied with life, which seems incongruent with what I've been doing lately, which leads me to think it's the meds. I am moving out of my parents' house. I thought I'd be happy about that. __________________ "Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it! |

Yikes I don't know. All I know is off the benzos I get extremely anxious, and on the benzos + buspirone I get super depressed. __________________ "Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it! |

"Seriously, people don't understand that SCT can **** you into oblivion, to the point where suicide can be the only option. This disorder ruins lives. There needs to be more research, it's a complete shame that little know about it. Tell your psychiatrist or psychologist, passionately, that this is causing extreme suffering, that it's sucking the soul out of you. Go to group therapy and tell them about this horrible disorder, how it's ruining your life. There needs to be more awareness."
This is a redditor talking about "Sluggish Cognitive Tempo". That's what I think I have. |
