I feel foolish for making an appointment with a psychiatrist and then cancelling it in the same weekend. I don't know what my problem is, I just get stressed out and end up blaming it all on my current psychiatrist. He is fine.

On a more positive note, I was able to take less Klonopin consistently this weekend.

The imaging center didn't call me back to reschedule the diagnostic mammogram and diagnostic ultrasound on Friday like they said they would. So I called them today. Instead of them scheduling me an appointment, they said that a supervisor would be calling me back. Supposedly today. I'm not holding my breath because they didn't call Friday when they said they would. I'm nervous that they are not scheduling the appointment now. On Friday they said they were scheduling for late October but they would try to double book me if the supervisor agreed so I could get in sooner. I have no idea what is going on and I am trying to let go and let God. But I'm stinking stressed about this. I need the stupid phone to ring and I need it to be the imaging center.

Was depressed all weekend for some reason. Maybe it's from the anxiety as they can go hand-in-hand, although I felt less anxious over the weekend. Or it could be the weather as it's been really hot out. (I can get seasonally acquired depression--SAD.) I really wanted to read but the book I'm in the middle of is a thriller which isn't good for my anxiety so I need to set it aside and find something light and fun, something like Carl Hiaasen (although I've read all his books for adults.)
Today is laundry day and I always find that satisfying for some reason so it should be good for my depression. I'll do some artwork today too. Hope you all have a peaceful day.

I have a video appointment with my psychiatrist tomorrow. I get to tell her about the vocational rehabilitation I'm trying to get into to get a part-time job. My care manager is also going to talk to me tomorrow, probably about that.
The brownies I made are really good. They're super fudgy which is how I like them. I need to have my Van Gogh painting hung (the Cafe Terrace at Night), I keep saying that and keep forgetting to do it. I have to put in a maintenance request so they can come up and hammer a nail into the wall for it
