Thanks, it's usually my paranoia/delusions, I have barely slept the past few days so that's not helping.

I know that there's going to be a lot of things in life that I'll have to deal with and I'm not prepared.

I find it nice that I'm on all of these meds but not an antidepressant lol - That's pretty uncommon I think.. Well maybe cuz I take phenibut.

My apartment case manager told me they’re having a cookout Thursday morning. I’ll go I guess if my Covid test comes back negative. I was gonna cancel it but I should probably get it since I’m still coughing a lot and having gastrointestinal issues a bit. They might not even be related. It may just be random. And the cough might be from GERD. I don’t know for sure though so it would be good to rule out Covid.

Yesterday my OB/GYN appointment went well but all they did was take down history. I guess next week is going to be the sonogram which is fine I guess I’m just a little bit worried about baby.

I am good today. I think Klonopin causes some weird euphoric feeling for me and I can't get words out right sometimes. That's why I am trying to go down on it. I am on 1 mg today. (Down from 1.5 mg).

I'm going to a Rifftrax Live performance tonight with my sister. These are the people that did Mystery Science Theatre 3000 on the SciFi channel back in the day which you may or may not know about. They are doing the performance in Nashville, I think, and it will be streamed live to theatres all over the country. The movie they are going to riff is Hobgoblins. It should be a lot of fun.

I've mostly had an anxiety-free day, at least if you don't count this morning when I threw up twice. So the morning was rough but the rest of the day has been calm so that is something. (I did not need a Loranzapam today.) I practiced my artwork for the most of the afternoon and now I'm winding down the day. My dad is going to dog sit Luka while I'm at the movie so I'll be heading over there in a bit--I'm getting there early so we have a little time to visit and my sister will be meeting me there.
