I’ve been able to actually focus on reading today. I’ve read over 100 pages so far and I’m not finished yet.
Had a McDouble, fries , and a Coke for dinner. It was really good. I feel sooo much better with a few meds etc. I talked to my family for half an hour non stop. I'm ok.. my cognition is there..
I'm always afraid to ask for help because I think that no one can fix me but ill talk to my psychiatrist on the 1st of November and things will be ok.. I wish I was in this state forever. |

Just put some homemade pumpkin bread in the oven to bake. My kitchen is a wreck now, the only thing that sucks about baking

Did the dishes, now have 2 loads of laundry going

This morning there was no smoking and we were on lockdown because a staff member had covid, but then they let us go out to smoke. I pray they don't put us in lockdown. We can't maintain our basic freedom of movement when they make us stay in our rooms for two weeks or more.
