I see the doctor in an hour about the spots on my skin. I'm going to tell him that I'm an idiot for taking the vaccine. It's not even effective anymore.

I wanted to wait 1-2 years to take it but I saw the statistics on the news about how many got it - I thought most people were going to take it. So I took one shot.

Then I didn't want to take the second shot but the government PHONED ME early to get it and I was scared. The news is an agenda of divide and conquer, propaganda. I should have known.

I'm going to tell him that I've been researching corruption news a lot. That my schizophrenia is meaningless now - I'm not paranoid about myself - But instead, the whole world. Everyone's being spied on - Not just me. Technology made everything come true.

The world is unbelievably corrupt. I'm not sure if I can talk about this here - But I'm a psychiatric patient and this is real to me and what I'm dealing with.

When I got the Invega Trinza injection a few weeks ago, I told the doctor about the schizophrenia label and I was like "Yeah it seems like everyone has symptoms of what I was dealing with in the past after this pandemic. Everyone is getting cognitive impairment, confusion, paranoia - Controlled by evil algorithms of the tech companies, addiction, overdoses - No one knows what is real". He found that interesting.

It's not good. It's very bad. Maybe I can sue Moderna and get a free vacation to Hawaii cuz of these spots.

My injection hurt really badly today when it went in. It was a different nurse than I normally have. She asked me if I wanted it injected fast or slow I said I don't care, they normally don't ask me that so I don't know, whatever she did it hurt f'ing bad. I've never had one really hurt before in all the many years I've been on different injections, Invega, abilify

Anyway, I'm glad I got it and am back on track. My next one is scheduled for December 27th

I know what you mean, on one of the shots recently they just jammed the needle in and around and it hurt like hell. When I was sick after the booster I got pain at the injection site. I never got that before. I couldn't sleep on the booster shot arm. I'm glad you got it done! Roll Call 189

I get so excited and euphoric feeling around Christmas!! I'm listening to Christmas music and hyping myself up. I can't wait. I picked out mostly all the gifts I'm getting for family and friends. It's a magical time.

Don't wait too long getting the gifts, the supply chain might make it harder this year. Plus inflation is going to get worse. Sorry to be a wet blanket.

The people I'm getting gifts for will understand if they're late, I'm on a fixed income so I only really have a certain amount of money to spend at a certain time of month

I feel nauseous, I forgot to eat, I only ate a protein bar and a handful of trail mix today, I was busy with my appointment and caught up in looking for Christmas gifts online for a couple hours. I just ate a peanut butter and jam sandwich so hopefully that helps. But to be honest right after eating that I started feeling ravenous too so Idk what's up. Maybe it's from the abilify

How is it possible that I feel ten times more hungry after eating than I did before eating

I remember when I was inpatient for a month when I was 14, there was a girl there who was on abilify and she ate a ton, I never understood how she could eat as much as she did because she said it was because of her medication, which I never experienced at the time, and she gained a lot of weight even in within the month I was there.. Her psychiatrist was trying to get her to drink two cups of water before eating to help with the cravings. Anyway, now I understand

Fasting is probably the best way to get rid of my autoimmune disease so I'll take a dex and finish reading the book

I guess the best thing I can do is not keep it (candy, pastries, ice cream, etc) in my house. Just keep fruit around if I'm craving something sweet

My problem is I give in to my sugar cravings the second I get them. Or I last like 10 minutes then I go get something sugary, I managed to go all day today without eating anything with added sugar though

My mom bought me a magazine about sugar (Because she knows that I've been a massive sugar fiend all my life). When I read it, I'll let you know of any tips I find and how bad it is + The fasting book lol.. I'm just learning about this stuff now + many other things.. I'm thrown into a world of intense curiosity that was suppressed by school, work and life.
