I hope everyone is ok. They had me away from my bed the past two days saying they were going to change my sheets, and they almost did it but not quite. I have to go to the business office for cash and orders. Candy, and clothes. Hopefully it will be ok.

Finally got rid of my thanksgiving leftovers that have been sitting in the fridge. Now I have a mountain of dishes to do

I slept like 10 or more hours last night and I’m still exhausted. I feel like I’m going to fall asleep if I even just sit down for a minute. My meds are really making me excessively tired because I’m getting used to them again

Thanks, I've been drinking a lot of plain unsweetened black coffee, herbal tea, and black tea, it seems to help keep my mind of it a lot

It is really difficult with Abilify.....I seem to crave sugar all the more on it but yeah keeping it out of the house is critical. Plus once you get to a certain weight it will level off like a set point but that was 25 pounds over my base weight for me.

Thank you, that's good to know, I will keep it out of the house now. I am going grocery shopping on Saturday and am getting lots of healthy food.

I think I just need to be okay with the fact that I'm over the weight I want to be, and just accept where I'm at now. I gained 25 lbs from abilify too and it has leveled off since then

That’s what I do....I fought it for several years but you get worn out because you’re always hungry so I’ve just accepted it.

I can't seem to focus on reading lately. I read for like 20 minutes then I get distracted and do something else. I used to be able to read for an hour or longer at a time.

I'm going to ask my doctor at our appointment on Thursday if I can taper off the perphenazine and thorazine. Mainly because I'm too tired all the time and sleep too much

I think I'll be fine on just the abilify shot, my ADs, and my mood stabilizer.

I hate when that happens. Sorry. I get that for some reason (anxiety) when I have to mail stuff and sign things for that.

I'm gonna try to get 2-3 packs of some sort of frozen meat so I have meat for future crockpot meals. I know food is getting expensive. I should get some freezer bags too so I can store leftovers if I don't eat them right away instead of wasting them

So these are the gifts I picked out for my sister and niece

For my sister:
A bag of Death Wish coffee
a large jar Yankee Candle, red apple wreath scented
Bath and Body Works aromatherapy lotion
and a gift box of chocolates

for my niece;
a tumbler that says "Sometimes You Forget You're Awesome, So This is Your Reminder" and it comes with a keychain w/ the same saying
Bath and Body Works aromatherapy lotion
a leather journal
a metal sign that has a guitar on it (she plays the bass) and it says Where Words Fail, Music Speaks
and a gift box of chocolates

Hopefully they like everything
