I'm waiting to hear from my T. If she doesn't respond to the text I sent her today, I won't text her again until Christmas. She's the one who said it sounded like I needed a session. Then she said maybe Tuesday (didn't happen) or maybe Saturday. So trying to nail down whether or not we are having a session.

My therapy went well too...a lot of the issues bf and I are having stem from his mom and we’re going to have to set boundaries. Apparently she is a stereotypical Hispanic mom(t is also Hispanic). So she’s blowing up as a tactic and it’s bothering bf. But like five minutes later she’s laughing on the phone and he’s like upset for five hours. I told him he needs therapy and that it’s really different and valuable to have individual therapy.

It’s hard to get a session with Christmas coming.....my next two are cancelled.

She's just being weird. (She's my new T.) She and I agreed not to have sessions in December unless I got crisis-y. But she said to text her updates.

So I texted her an update on Monday when some not so great stuff happened but I said I was coping.

Then she was like, I think you need an appointment. Maybe Tuesday. Maybe Saturday.

Tuesday came and went so I wonder if Saturday will come and go. I don't care either way, really, I just want to know if I can count on her or make other arrangements.

Just had scrambled eggs and toast w/ butter. Idk why that’s so damn good but it is. I’ve been craving it a lot lately. I love over easy eggs too to dunk the toast in the yolk but I’m not good at making them.

Thanks. She is very good at pictures. I say her name and she looks at me long enough for me to get the photo most of the time. She also likes to follow me into the bathroom. Silly cat. She likes sitting in the windowsill when we are having our dinner and she likes to lay on the top of my Mom's Lazyboy. Not mine. Not my Dad's. Only Mom's. It's cute. She's a sweetie.

I need a cat. Lol.

I have to make something for dinner in a minute here. The job's going well.

I feel like I need to finish the thesis.

Priorities = (1) Job, (2) Thesis, (3) Business.

Anyone have any suggestions on making meals during the week? I feel like I'm always way too exhausted to make anything.

I think it might be from the birth control patches. Because ever since I started them I'm almost constantly/continually nauseous, not usually to the point of throwing up a bunch like tonight but there's definitely a connection between when I started the patches and when the nausea problems started. I'm stopping it. I would rather deal with bad PMS once a month than this every day.

I'm extremely exhausted

I trimmed Stash's nails, she let me. Her nails were really long and too sharp, and she's always jumping on me and it hurt like crazy because her nails were always digging into me. I just trimmed them a little, she let me while she was laying on my chest purring. It's good to get her used to that while she's little.

Wow I am tired this morning. Gotta have some coffee. And water. I heard water helps especially after you're dehydrated from sleeping through the night.

I need some coffee too. I'm tired as well, fell better as in not nauseous anymore but was up most of the night because of it
