Made this in my self care art group today. I was downstairs for almost 2 hours and when I got back home kitty was sleeping still. She’s up running around now that I’m back.

Therapy went well. I feel kind of sad because I didn't get to end with my original therapist from IOP but the second therapist was nice too. I just really liked the first one. Now my next appointment is 11/29/21 with new therapist Julieanne.

I'd settle for holiday cookies. I'm remembering favorite cookies of years past. One had a pink candy glaze, then of course there's jingles with sugar , and others.

Okay, so I ordered her the following: a catnip banana, that orange toy, and 2 packs of catnip mice. Plus I ordered a metal litter scoop because the plastic one I have is kind of flimsy and probably won't last long

Just walked to CVS. Takes about 30 -40 minutes to get there and back. Needed to pick up my meds. Also bought my kitty some toy mice while there because I felt guilty for leaving her and also because I felt she needed something to occupy her until her other toys are delivered. She’s having a lot of fun with them.
