I've been trying mindfulness of music lately. Just paying attention to the song and nothing else. My thoughts inevitably come in, but that's okay.

I bought some Benadryl to help with some of the anxiousness of going off of the Klonopin. I'm going to taper really slowly off the Klonopin.

I dropped the iced coffee carton on my foot this morning….it kind hurt, luckily my toe didn’t break or something. Bf and his mom were super slow to wake up so I just got up on my own. So it hasn’t been ideal but not horrible either.

I just got back from a walk to Family Dollar. It’s raining. I bought some stuff I needed and some food to get me through the next couple days until I go to the actual grocery store. I woke up at 6am and was wanting to stay up but fell back asleep around 7 till 10am

I talk to my doctor tomorrow morning I hope he has my biopsy results for me to know if I have lymphoma or not. Gah I’m so nervous.

Otherwise I’m doing okay. Trying not to think of bad things. I have school stuff I have to do which makes me nervous. Work is kind of slow. I’m holding on though.
