I actually followed my meal plan I made for myself so far today, including eating a spinach salad. I have a bad habit of buying bags of salad and letting them sit in the fridge and go bad then do it again almost every week. It's ridiculous. Anyway, I'm making myself actually eat them this time, I need to eat more vegetables anyway, I barely eat any

I’m having some kind of bladder spasm that feels like vibrating….it is sooooo weird. I’ve never even heard of this.

I take a walk around the block every night (Sometimes in pajamas) and listen to a few songs before I sleep.. It's nice because it's dark.

But people laughing etc often drunk seek me out and cause problems. I liked to think that having earbuds in, people wouldn't know I can hear them - And if I do, I pretend that they think that I can't hear them..

However, I did that with an old man last night who had his flashlight on (Looking for his dog) who was in my yard... So I had to take the earbuds out.. Before that, he turned around the corner where I was.. And I needed to know which way he was turning because I didn't want to walk with him..

When it was lockdown mode, I used to take walks at night and there was literally no one out. It was a bit spooky, but kind of fun honestly.

I don't have Netflix right now so I'm glad I'll be able to start using the library for movies and shows again, I've been so bored without Netflix.

Library's always good. I enjoy physically going there. I don't know why. Just something about it.

It's OK to cancel if you're not in the right mental state, you can make plans again when you feel more like yourself.

That's what I do.. There's coffee connections here in town - Sometimes I'm super talkative about myself and curious about other people and what they say;

but sometimes I just sit there all catatonic-like. I know before hand (In those situations), that I shouldn't have went.

I thought about hanging out with a friend but I feel like I don't even know how to have friends anymore. I'll just work on myself/personality etc - Wait for that to develop more. But everyone has their own quirks with socializing and life.

Yeah I'm definitely cancelling. I also woke up in the middle of the night and I can't get back to sleep (hence why I'm posting now). I also think I'm sick, perhaps COVID.

Woke up at 4am and couldn't get back to sleep. It's going on 6:30am now. I just took the omeprazole on an empty stomach like SP suggested. So I'm gonna wait 30 minutes, then eat breakfast, then take my psych meds after that. And hopefully that works for the acid reflux I get from them
