I'm gonna stop the Dexedrine and exercise. I'll keep the Vyvanse I guess.

I just feel like going for a run tonight. It's midnight. It would be fun - But there's something up with my heart/cardiovascular system.

I abused the crap out of stims in the past (More than anyone in the world). I'm screwed. And I try to avoid it. But too much prescribed stim even short term is probably bad. I just have to accept this.

Maybe exercising will strengthen my heart + I don't care about stimulants anymore either. I'm still an overwhelmed mess with very poor executive functioning.

I'll probably be tired - But then I'll just lower the Invega again - See if that helps.

My therapist never texted me last night or anything....since she cancelled our appointment yesterday. I texted her at 10:40 AM yesterday in response to her text to me at 4:13 AM. I told her that I hoped she enjoyed Las Vegas. But I also told her I was disappointed that we wouldn't be talking. I thought she would send me something. I'm a bit disappointed.

In the meantime, my pdoc messaged me through the portal. And then he realized I had set up an appointment to talk to him on Thursday so he was like, talk then! I didn't expect him to do all that work for free!

Yeah I emailed my therapist yesterday (although it's one of her days off) but I still felt a little bit like she should have sent me something since the topic was important. I'm sorry your therapist keeps cancelling on you.

I'm more nervous about how I'll fit in therapy and psychiatrist appointments with the job if I get it than the job itself. Is that a strange paradox? I don't know. Anyway, I think I'll figure it out if I do get the job.

I guess I'll have to find a way to fit them in. I am trying to be super positive this morning. Anyway, I think it'll pay off. I want this job, especially if it seems like a really good fit.

My appointment went well. She emailed me the paperwork I need to fill out. I changed my major to Liberal Arts with a concentration in English. I plan on taking an English class for the fall semester. So I just need to fill that paperwork out, send it in, get the hold taken off my account since I paid off what I owed , and get financial aid figured out.

Took a walk to the store. Got some stuff I needed. Plus this. Somebody stop me
