I've been taking them regularly 99.9% of the time, the only time I missed any within the past several months was this morning, I missed my morning meds. But I've been feeling like this for a long time.

I feel like people are watching me and trying to get me kicked out etc

For me that’s a crossover between anxiety and psychosis, have you tried using woebot to counteract that thought. I would seriously consider taking the am meds now. Talk to a pharmacist but I know Abilify you’re supposed to take as soon as you realize you miss a dose.

I haven't used woebot lately but I'll try it.

It's already almost 3pm, I feel like it's too late, because I normally take my meds around 7am

My AM meds are trileptal, zoloft, abilify

I already took my afternoon dose of trileptal so I feel like I can't go back and take my morning meds now since I take that one 3 times a day

Can you call the pharmacist and get a professional opinion? The only one I’d take would be Abilify.

I need to make my bed before my therapist comes over! I'm horrible. I like never make my bed. I don't see the point. I just get in bed again and mess it all up!

I continually don’t tell my therapist or anyone about my problems/symptoms when I’m having them. I pretend that everything is fine and I’m doing well. I’ve been going to all the social things here and stuff but when I get home I just cry and think about how much I hate myself and hate feeling paranoid
