The 15 mg olanzapine is making me tired... I wonder if I should talk to my pdoc.

There's this guy in my building. He's like in his late 50's probably. He keeps hitting on me and trying to find out what I'm doing on weekends and asking whether I want to go shopping with him or something. Which is weird. I mean I'm 28 I'm an adult but I'm not interested in a relationship with anybody let alone someone over 20 years older than me. I just keep telling him I'm busy every time he asks but he's always looking at me like he's obviously checking me out it's just uncomfortable. I mean maybe he's not looking for a relationship but he might be looking for something else and I'm not interested. My problem is I don't know how to outright say no to people for fear of hurting their feelings. He lives in an apartment diagonal from mine.

Is it helping you? You just went up on the dose right? Maybe give it some time

Woke up at 2am. Couldn't get back to sleep, wide awake. So I stayed up. Did two loads of laundry, folded and put away all of it. Cleaned my apartment, changed the litterbox, took out the trash, fed the cats. It's only just now going on 9:30am, got everything done I needed to do.

Honestly we’re all tired on these meds but it lessens over time. I know you had a good reason to be on 15. It will never be perfect.

Next week I make my final payment, which is to the college bookstore then I can sign up for classes

I think I'm gonna take art history and environmental science. I am just so scared I'll screw up. I really want to finish my associates degree so badly

well looks like they don't have art history available as an online course, has to be at the campus, so I guess I'll try to do environmental science , my other option is another English course (literature and writing) or a western civilization history course

I'm switching my major from Associates in Science/Human services to Associates in Arts, but I'm not sure what concentration to go with. Either psychology or english, I do really well in Pyschology, have taken several courses and did great in them, and I did pretty well in my English courses too.

I think I'm going with a psychology concentration so I can eventually transfer and get a bachelors degree and get into peer counseling

My associates is in Humanities basically because I took every Humanities class they offered. I didn't know what to get my AA in. I just got it in something because my plan was always to go further. If I had taken one more math or science class at Junior College I could have had an AS as well as an AA.

Got my shower (finally) yesterday. I felt better after I got it. I have a new shirt on today. It's red. Red doesn't usually look good on me because it makes the redness in my cheeks that much more red, but this has flowers and I feel really pretty. (Is that bad to say?) I took a selfie which I actually liked. So I asked my sister to get 5x7 printed and I will frame one for her and her bf and one for my parents, and maybe one for my nephews, and then one for me. She gets the pictures printed at Costco. I know it isn't terribly expensive, I just don't know how to do it. Luckily my sis does.

That's awesome SK! I don't think that's a bad thing to say at all, it's good to feel good about yourself

Thanks Blue_Bird. I didn't want to sound like too prideful or something. It is just really hard for me to look good in pictures and I don't usually like my selfies but this one came out really good. I think.

I promised my T I would get a shower either yesterday or today. Now I am good for a few days. I still need to get my sheets washed. I am hoping I can get them taken off the bed when I go home from work and put my other set on and then I can get them washed either Friday or Saturday.

I should be tired by now, after only sleeping like 4 hours last night and having been up since 2am, but I just feel speeded up

I love Legos. I have the James Bond Car and A Jeep and some other ones. I never outgrew my love of Legos. And now they have such cool sets.

Glad you got a shower, it's hard to do . I needed one and really really didn't want to take one but made myself yesterday. Need to wash my sheets too, doing that tomorrow, washed all my clothes and jackets today though

I hate it when I only get a few hours of sleep and then I have to come to work and be "productive." I think I got about 7 or 8 last night. I do better with 9 or 10. But I will take what I can get.

No, because I'm not doing anything reckless like I used to do when manic. Maybe just hypomanic or really really sped up for no particular reason

Oh I saw the jeep, that one looked cool! I used to get those 3-in one creator builder sets where you can create a house or something three different ways with the parts they gave you in the box and the manual

Yeah, that reminds me. I need to clean the shelf where my completed Lego sets are because it is kind of dusty.

Thanks its just hard because I get up so early to go to work at 6 AM. So to get 12 hours of sleep I have to go to bed at like 4 PM, which I do sometimes but usually it is more like 7 or 8 PM before I go to bed.
